Job Overview:

What We Offer:
Flexible Scheduling: We operate 7 days a week. Everyone must work at least one weekend day.
Full-Time: Work 4 shifts a week (8-12 hour shifts).
Immediate Start Dates: Paid training included.
Responsibilities:
Sales Activities:
Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Present and promote products/services effectively.
Achieve sales targets to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
General Labor Tasks:
Assist in loading and unloading merchandise.
Perform physical tasks, including lifting and organizing inventory.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
Collaborate with the team to meet operational goals.
Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and inventory movements.
Requirements:
Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license (3+ years for insurance).
Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Flexibility to adapt to both sales and labor responsibilities.
